We are so happy to introduce Askanya, Haiti's first and only bean-to-bar chocolate company. The Minuit bar uses single origin organic cacao grown in the north of Haiti. Our expert chocolate taster noted a soft aroma of melon, prunes and raisins. The flavor slowly opens up to notes of berries ending softly with a creamy pudding texture. 60% Cacao. 55g bar.
