The Fair Trade Certified™ cacao used in this single-origin dark chocolate bar is from the fertile growing region surrounding Kumasi, Ghana. The perfectly fermented and dried beans yield slightly floral notes over golden and round chocolate flavors. 84% Cacao. 3oz. (84g) bar.
Ingredients: Cocoa Beans (Ghana), Organic Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Vanilla Bean.
Manufactured on shared equipment with products containing wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts and other nuts.

Theo Chocolate pioneered organic chocolate production in the US and was the first organic and fair trade chocolate factory in the country. As an artisan bean–to–bar producer, they carefully craft chocolate in small batches from organic and fair trade ingredients.
